I once had a friend who, when telephone soliciters called, would listen for a few minutes and then break in, saying excitedly: "I make woven pot holders here at home! The come in pink and blue and green and yellow! I can let you have 20 gross, assorted colors, for only $89.95! You'll never be offered a price like this again!! How many do you want? 40 gross for only $149.95!! You can't beat that!!!..."

And so on. TEHY hung up.
