The judge ruled on exactly what you described and according to his ruling which is Rule 18,or slam dunk, opens TT to damages. TPP only has to prove the amt. and NOT whether TT is liable for them, because that is included in the ruling.Having a judgement passed already on a co. that makes them liable for damages, makes this stock highly speculative, especially when they deny what happened.
