They will become a reporting company this month, which is a BIG step forward. Many investors won't even consider investing in a nonreporting company. The fact that they will report soon is a real confidence builder. I agree with you that $4/share is not unreasonable once it happens. I stumbled across DSFT as I was looking at news headlines. Quite an impressive one for DSFT! They reported earnings remarkably early...the quarter just ended Mar 31. My guess is that they were VERY pleased with their performance and wanted to get the news out quickly to bolster their stock price and reassure their investors.
