Cyclops, I think you've provided the thread with a good synopsis of Larson's strategy. The issue I find somewhat troubling is that there is a definite implication that Larson has jettisoned the best developmental people from the companies he has acquired. A technology company without a vigorous R&D effort is an extinction waiting to happen. How do you feel about this issue, and in particular, where do you see the effort to centralize around the Windows NT platform?
