Dear Janice Shell:

The COUNCIL ON POSTING AUTHORITY has taken your last post under submission. There is a concern that the use of the term "spam" in rule 3, Terms of Use (18 TOU vol. 3, 1996, as amended) may encompass not only its technical definition of Internet Garbage, but also may have been used by the drafters to refer also to its historic definition of "lunchen meat".
