Is Microsoft trying to say that their position is not to lie/distort the truth to the public/Justice Dept./world, but just to have a contingency plan that they promise to never use? Microsoft provides a defacto standard for "absolute zero" on the credibility scale. Brooklyn Bridge for Sale! Swamp land for Sale!
