The final touches to the web site are the following: I'll take the brunt of the blame for the delay.

When you click on Our Stock, the following will become available.

1) Management Profiles. I visit the KLOC offices as much as possible and I can tell you first hand that the management there is very deep. They now have the staff to, in my opinion, to take the company to revenue levels which are approximately five times that of todays levels. When you see and read about their backgrounds, you'll see that this company is much more than just (as others would put it) two higly paid individuals. Total employees now number more than 80.
2) Recent Press Releases. Long term archivable.
3) Recent News Articles.
4) The Library.
5) Annual and Quarterly reports. For easy access.
6) Stock Price. A probable link to MSN with charts or NASDAQ.
7) 10K. A link to edgar.
8) Annual Fundamental Snapshot
9) Quarterly Fundamental Snapshot See Barrons Dossiers for an idea for both. www.barrons.com, a great site and still free.
10) Links to other entetainment sites. You can find much KLOC info at other sites. As example you can find "The Grave" with photos and downloadable audio at the Republic Pictures site. You can also find where a movie is playing at the MovieFone site, another HSR recommendation. And you can find a ton of everything at www.imbd.com (or imdb.com) A must for all entertainment investors.

Also 1) the prize section, yes a free video will be given away monthly. 2) E Mail us is working.

A Silver and Donner card will be up on the site Friday as well as 5 or 6 other cards including Miracles.

Rubenstein is to be starting his magic soon. Magic ? I have always felt that despite all of the recent volatility in the price of the common stock, the real job of seeing the stock at significantly higher prices is continued good fundamentals and simply letting as many investors know of this companies existence as possible. Hopefully this would lead to a majority of the shares being held by LONG TERM investors. This any and company in the entertainmaent industry is not for the willy nilly. They never have been and they never will be.

I'll make a substansive (is there such a word) post on the Infomercial after meeting with David Sams later in the week in Beverly Hills.

As for the 10Q and 10K I would suspect no later than two months after the close of Sept 30th.

As for who is Morgan and the Hollywood Stock Review for that matter...I'll post in a couple hours.
