Bryan - Thanks for offering to share the cost of the S-8s. What part of $640 would you like? <g> Unfortunately, it turns out that the ONLY contractor for the SEC that does copying and distribution of forms non-electronically filed is a company called Disclosure Incorporated. They charge $40 per document when you deal with them directly (you do get next day service!). There are 16 S-8's, so the charge would be $640 (plus shipping, of course). There is also a convoluted system for requesting them from the SEC. They then send the request to the same contractor who will get around to sending them out in 7 days at a cost of $.24 per page or in 1 day for $.36 per page (plus shipping, of course). So, since there are approximately 14 to 36 pages in each S-8, this cost is going to be about $110 to $160. Now, IF SOMEONE OUT THERE HAS A SUBSCRIPTION WITH DISCLOSURE INCORPORATED, the costs could be a whole lot less! (Or maybe even, SOMEONE already has these copies AND COULD JUST COPY PARTICULAR PAGES OF INTEREST FOR US!?!) DOES ANYONE FEEL THAT THEY HAVE A GOOD ENOUGH CONNECTION AT SEI TO JUST CALL THEM UP AND ASK FOR COPIES??? I FEEL THAT WE AT LEAST NEED TO KNOW THE NAMES OF THE INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES THAT WERE PARTY TO THESE S-8's!
