WR, thank you. I have reviewed Cheryl's "research report" on TAVA. Without nit-picking it to death, the bottom line is: There is no bottom line!". This perfectly demonstrates the disconnect between the long and short arguments concerning TAVA.

The short argument is simple: (IMO) TAVA's business opportunities do not justify the current market capitalization of the Company. This attracts value investors (like me) to take a look at shorting the Company. This does NOT mean there is anything wrong with TAVA or that the Company will not realize profits from their Y2K endeavors.

The long argument is that there is a serious problem and TAVA addresses an area of this problem (For illustration purposes this is oversimplified). Well .. OK! But that is insufficient from a value perspective. Value investors ask: How will this opportunity translate to cash flow? And does that cash flow justify their market cap? As is always the case for story stocks (and TAVA has a great story), there are no value investors long the stock.

Regards, Bill
