ToySoldier:
As Joe A. mentions below (later post here), NOVL has to have continued "sell through" which I assume is increasing revenues/volumes of products to boost their bottom line. Do you have any idea though your contacts at NOVL, how NOVL will fair this coming quarter and next? I just hope they hold the line of 4-6 cents coming up. Just don't know if people are deferring 4.11 upgrades waiting for 5.0.

Well Bob: I've said THAT too (many, many times). I told THAT reporter and a couple of others, it's the "sell through" that counts. I challenged them to "ask" Eric what the sell through was. In particular The one that will write the column on the lawsuits in the Monday edition of PC Week (Claudia ... I can't remember <g>), I said --- "did you ask them what the sell through was?", she said yes, but they refused to give an answer. I said they won't EVER answer that question. So yeah, I agree with you also (argreed -- past tense <g>), but when things were "hopping" the shareholders were looking for ANYTHING to boost the price. Like I said, the "numbers" will tell all, not the warm, fuzzy writeups and interviews. The "numbers" will tell all. THAT's the bottom line. Regards, Joe...
