I join you to offer the plaintiff's side that I will be very happy to contribute to deal legally with any one who is trying to pick the pockets of small investors by spreading lies and dis-information.

Such efforts should not be just symbolic or casual but very vigorous.

If CC feels he did not do any thing unjust, improper, or illegal, he should have any thing to worry about. An independent judge or jury should be able to reach a just and fair conclusion in that matter.
