Can you say "tobacco"? That industry was considered untouchable just a short few years ago. Looks like Gates has borrowed a few of their lawyers. This could be considered all a red herring if Microsoft did indeed sell a superior product but they don't. It's a so-so product that comes with a very successful marketing model. But all good things must come to an end. Bill got way too greedy causing his house to spring a few leaks. Someone stick a fork in Bill, I think he's done.
