The other thread, for the non SI people is getting quite a few hits from CVIA shareholders... you guys might want to keep an eye on it also, they are starting to ask some very good questions. But for now just popping in and letting us know there are others following this stock very closely.

Here is a question that was brought up, that is a relevant concern

Sorry about the last post...damn newbies!

A few questions have come to mind while lurking around the SI thread, (lurking hmmm; use that term and I'm reminded of the same description used for Noerthern Pike)

Anyway, have there been any comments made that I've missed on the intended market. Are the target takeovers being limited to a state, USA, North America?

Are they intending on centralizing management or franchising the establishments in order for each establishment to achieve national recognition?

From what I've read, the management team is with WOTD, is there any background on who comprises this team and their past experience in this industry?

In my opinion you are all correct in assuming that the automobile will continue to be the predominant mode of transportation in the future, at least until we are all turned into a part of history. Tires and lubricants will still be required even after gasoline has been replaced with alternative fuels for powering vehicles.

As for the share price one really has to query the inneficiency of the market in comparison to the trading price of significantly lower quality stocks that are available. For example there is AMCL which has all assets seized and no management trading at .06 to .09....go figure. When the merger is complete and the ball starts rolling towards profitability with a sound business plan this company is destined to become a real competitor in this market. IMO

Good luck to all of us, now I'll go back to the weeds to "lurk"
