Jeff, you're being a little inconsisent here. If the whispers were really .28 (and even .30), this stock won't be 39-40 next week.

I think we've already agreed on the range over the short term. You still feel this gap at 35 is important, but I think 37 is the downside limit. Upside, we both felt 42-43 is about right.

The next surge up will be news (contract, not buyout) related and could occur sooner than you expect (just speculation on my part).
