Junckets,
I got the email and I do not recall Joe saying no upside from 2 1/2. In fact, I have talked to Joe and he is extremely bullish on RNTK. He is heavily invested here. Obviously, nobody can predict whether the deal will be done in 1 week, 1 month or 3 months. Look at my profile and you will see that I am a trader. Want to know how many shares of RNTK I have sold since I bought my block? 0. I am willing to just sit and wait on this one because I believe it will happen and I believe the RNTK chart will look as good or better than SHLO. Do I give a hoot about a half dollar or even dollar swing between now and $20 or $30 ? No. I think we would all be better off if we stop watching RNTK's movement and even stop with the "Pick the Texaco day Contest". It was fun when it started but I believe it is counterproductive at this point as it merely creates expectations and then panic when news does not come out. If you believe in RNTK's future, you should just sit back and wait for payday. However, whatever can be said about RNTK, it is a speculative investment and those not willing to take a big loss should not be shareholders at this price. Personally, I am not worried about a loss, just the huge tax bill that I am going to have to pay on my 1998 tax return. JMO. Happy Easter/Passover to all.
