Jerry, I do not have an answer to that question, but I would assume the answer is no. I am not too informed of Rangestar, but I would try to find out who they are, see if they are another subsidiary company of Michaels, as is the company in South Africa that he claims he licensed his software to. This is his m.o.: he says he licenses the software to a company for "x" amount of $$, but in reality, the companies are his own and $$ never actually exchange hands! He owns Digital Age, Binky Roo Software, Atlantic Pacific Bancorp, PJ Promotions and WWWC. There are other defunct companies he has owned and run into the ground in the past and he has never finished anything he has ever started! This guy is a walking fraud from every angle! How can he take investors money (16 million) and barely be putting out the software he has put out? It never took that much money to do what he did and he never expected the cash flow to quit flowing....until Chuck Woods left and everything went to s**t. He not only pays $8500 in rent for a beach front home fully furnished with antiques, but he also pays approx. $8200 for his ex-wife's rented house! This is all paid for by investor $$! And I wont even get into his past alleged gambling debts and expenses there.....Jerry, again, there is so much about this man and this company and even his executives that would make any sensible investor shiver and quiver. I havent even touched on his other family members involvement with this financial nightmare or his executives' involvement in illegal procedures. Its basically safe to say they are all on their way to "the big house", IF people with the physical proof will show it to the proper authorities. And would someone wake the I.R.S. up?! They were in the Santa Ana office about 2 weeks ago and **shock**, no execs. were there to speak to them, but at least it seems as if that ball is rolling. I am counting on that being the beginning of the end for them. |
