EPS estimates are based upon a 27% tax rate, eliminating tax
rate changes as a factor in EPS. During FY95 the reportted tax
rate for the first nine months was 17.6%. CGIX expect to report
taxes at a less than a full rate thru 1998.

So, we will see higher number in EPS than the EPS estimates by V & W.

The service backlog at year-end FY95 stands at 58% of FY 96 related
revenue, with the possibility for a higher level due to the
potential for additional work with existing customers..........We think that business prospects are such that FY 96 service revenue could be higher than our estimate by several million.

--------------- from V & W report-------

hope this will help...
