Zalkind: Those company that have succeed in their reverse split are "FEW AND FAR IN BETWEEN". Why risk it? It may work with well establish company, also few well establish company don't waste their time with reverse split. IMO, reverse split work against the shareholder in most cases, JMO. If they really care for the present shareholder that have stood with them in hell and high water they should do a 2 for 1. LOL. There are other better known method to raise fund without reverse split. CVIA need to show the shareholder and future investor that they have the skill and the know how to lift up CVIA, I believe with Keith or Jack it can be accomplish with the other private company that is merging with CVIA. I have no knowledge. LEROY
