I was just looking at a companies earnings report and noticed they...

could have unlimited shares authorized. This was the first time I ever heard of this before. It actually said "Unlimited Authorized Shares"? The company is AVVA, an "edge lit" sign company in Calgary (AVY - Alberta Stock Exchange) website - www.avva.com. The have approx. 13 million shares out right now. Audited by Ernest & Young 1995.

If anyone does get through to SOE, ask what the authorized shares are, NOT THE OUTSTANDING.

Chuck, you said the title company couldn't tell you what the authorized shares were, does that mean they never know or SOE doesn't have a limit....hmmm? Shareholders are entitled to look at the bylaws of incorporation.

It takes three people to form a corporation, who's the third? There's more to this story than Huttoe and Maria!

Aloha
