Craig, I am long on CBSL. Its been a very solid performer for quite some time. I was thinking about the merger and I think it's a positive thing in the long run. Even if earnings are diluted for a quarter or two, I think that type of situation is explained when earnings are released. I also think that the market would understand if earnings were lower due to the merger. From the information I received and research I did, Claremont has the following positive attributes:

--revenues have increased at the rate of 40% over past 5 years;
--earnings are estimated to grow 35% over next 3 to 5 years;
--they have more than 100 clients, i.e. Lucent, Bank One, Microsoft, Pacific Corp. and Weyerhauser,etc;
--there is little client overlap;

Claremont provides a full life-cycle of IT services to vertical industry markets including manufacturing, communications, financial services and utilities as well as the public sector. Senior management will remain with the combined company.

Perhaps the market's reaction to the merger announcement on thursday was an overreaction. The trend is probably still upward with just this pause for some to take profits.

IF ANYONE LISTENED TO THE CONFERENCE CALL ON THURSDAY, PLEASE POST THE HIGHLIGHTS. IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO ALL.
