i'm surprised there isn't more reaction here to the BOJ selling off the dollar. they started on Thursday and followed up today big time, anytime traders would step in to buy they were getting clobbered, they will temporarily give up until things settle down. the BOJ is serious about supporting the yen, this is a big event of Forex, they indicated they may continue into the G7 meeting Wednesday. I certainly wouldn't want to be long on bonds thru the weekend. if BOJ stays aggressive on Monday and knocks the dollar below 125 you may get some real nervousness in the Bonds which could well spill over into the NYSE, it doesn't take a whole lot to trigger selloffs at this level. its most likely a short term deal but i can hardly wait to see the affect. Rubin supported the BOJ.
