Just saw that you posted this elswhere, so never mind. * After market close, NETSCAPE said it filed for the public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its Common Stock. Of the shares being offered, 2,000,000 shares are being sold by Netscape and 3,000,000 shares are being sold by certain selling stockholders. The shares will be offered by an underwriting group managed by Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Goldman Sachs and Hambrecht & Quist.
