Dear Stephen: You raise a good point based upon my investment in RII (Republic Industries) stock went all over the place as companies acquired with shares tended to liquidate their shares as price moved up. However, often when companies are aquired with shares they have a "lockup" period for at least awhile to keep that from happening right off the bat. Does anyone know if such exists here?
My other concern was just the difficulty in merging 8 companies together at the same time. Reading the press releases I got the impression that each company may be operating autonomously. Does that make any sense? Would love to see some discussion on these two points as, although the price seems "too good to be true" I have been observing from the sidelines rather than jumping right in. JDN
