Marantz, thanks for posting the article. I wouldn't exactly characterize this as a buying binge. The Valstar MES component is an extension of the ICC buyout. This appears to be a rather well planned and narrowly focused acquisition strategy. The deal with EDS seems to be an endorsement of the plan. I like the way it "sounds" (don't have the background to objectively evaluate it) and plan on adding some to my GEN position based on my growing belief in management's abilities. Regards, John
