Downward revisions are one thing. Downward dayrates, even if limited to one sector, are another. This is the first time I have seen lower dayrates of ANY offshore driller actually put in writing. The fact that the biggest bull of all(Simmons & Co.) made the report is all the more distressing to me...especially considering that ESV tops the list!
