Everyone can scream at me if they want to, but IMO this company is in SERIOUS trouble and may have to make any deal they can. Items three and seven deserve a good read. If IIG accepts the offer they will receive $300,000 plus 250,000 shares of stock plus an option to purchase 150,000 shares at .625. NRID could use the money! Also seems XLVision loaned NRID $250,000 in Feb. which was forgiven at the time of the deal in March when NRID was paid an additional 1mil. NRID has gone from cash of $184,000 and working capitol of -960,000 to cash of $454,000. Along with Elvis, the million dollars from XLV...has left the building! There is $250,000 yet to come from XLV, but something has got to give soon! Not publishing any executive compensation numbers? Don't they know what they were paid??? Biometrics is ramping up much slower than anticipated. NRID may need to do whatever it can to remain a going concern until biometrics picks up speed.
