Executive bonuses and pay are usually reserved for the proxy statement that follows the 10K. Maybe its out, I'm too uninterested in NRi, and I do mean "i", to look.

One thing you will learn about the American way, is that going public is about the only way your company can loose money and you still get a bonus. It's a great system if you are the man at the top. All you have to do is say it is necessary to retain expertise.

Not much you can do about it except remember executives who do this have a complex. I believe one study says 99% of these people have an inferiority complex because they have a short dick. They feel larger salaries, as opposed to padding the underware with socks, makes up for this short comming. Interestingly, they found an inverse relationship (r=98.9%). In other words, the greater the salary, the shorter the member.

Ah, its great to be a free spirit, it brings out the funny guy.
