Thursday April 9, 7:36 pm Eastern Time RPT-Ortec stake raised by Soros WASHINGTON, April 9 (Reuters) - A group led by international financier George Soros said Thursday it raised its stake in Ortec International Inc. to 17.33 percent, or 999,600 common shares. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Soros group said it bought 69,300 shares of the company between March 19 and April 8 at prices ranging from $15.6071 to $19.9813 per share.
