First, the earnings date. The mid December date is shown by first call and others because no date has been officially set. The published date represents the last date they may report under Nasdaq rules. It's like a default value in lieu of a firm date. The target date is late in the third week of November. The actual date will be announced later. A replay of the conference call will be available. Good for them. I could not get an update on the Scotland plant. Sorry. Last word was sometime next month. Smart Modular could end the year with a bang.
