ZS -- Great news!.. I'd allow for a few more interns if the Clinton Admin intends to give the internet a chance to develop. There is plenty of time to see whether we wish to continue the method of funding "Universal Service" which has been traditional. It will be quite some time before "Internet telephony" makes any substantial inroads into the LD market, IMHO. No need to rush to serve the Alaskan Senator's pet subsidy.. dlo
