I suspect we will be hearing from ILP and the JV partners very, very soon. Notice the larger than normal volume on Friday. Mind you, this may be tied to the Investor's Digest article that hit news stands on Friday. Phil Speller who had recommended ILP at $2.40 a year ago calls for ILP to hit $1.50 or higher. I think the JV announcement will push the stock much higher than that. I would expect that any further property acquisitions will be funded by the JV partners and brokered by ILP's director Gilbert Mundela (their inside man to Kabila and Gecamines). Stay tuned.
