I wouldn't get to excited about the NOL's in any case. The Street values companies on the basis of future expectations. Analysts are aware of these NOL's and will incorporate them into their future estimates. Also, they know they are only good for two years. Even so, to the question of whether the deal will be accretive, these tax benefits could give earnings a boost.

Does anyone know when GNT earnings are going to be released? Positive earnings is an absolutely critical hurdle for this deal to surmount.
