The issue of applying for the 1000 gal. permit or not concerns everyone who owns stock in this company. Mr. B.C. has said the permit is applied for. It has also been stated right here on this board that, the DEHC has stated that the 1000 gal. permit has never been applied for. Both can't be right. Someone has to be lying. The one lying will burn in hell.
