BobL, It's interesting how time is improving the effectiveness of Rituxan in your case. A shame the disease is given the leeway to progress while Rituxan sits unused and the experience of it slowly trickles in. Doctors are much the same as others - maybe more conservative. Plenty of advertising, sales calls, discussions with colleagues etc will be necessary before they feel comfortable with this new product. Products don't sell themselves. Even though Microsoft is alleged to have a huge monopoly in Windows 95 and maybe other products, they still have to spend a fortune to persuade people to buy their products rather than not buy or buy a competitor's.
