I just spoke with Chris Hayes who is in charge of media relations with Zulumedia. He verified to me that Steve Lair is Chairman of the Board with Enhanced Services Company. Below is a copy of an email I received from Ms. D. J. Anderson in reply to my email to her concerning Steve Lair's employment with NEC CSD. If you notice my email to her, I did ask about his involvement with NETZ as well and she gave no reference to that.
