Have you been in all these discussion groups the whole time, or what?

I have talked to s few institutional investors (yes 15 year olds speak for all those people out there against me) and a lot of them like to buy on these dips. There is no point in the upgrades and downgrades

TTELF was downgraded about two weeks ago, just because their stock went up. If the price reaches a certain point it is then considered overvalued. Than there is a downgrade. It also works on the downside.

A retired investor that I have become good friends with in my town used to sit at a brokerage house and wait for the gradings. He would buy/short sell, and play it out for a day. He said upon following the stocks after the reccomendations, he noticed that these grades had no long term bearing.

Best of Wishes
