Another possibility at these levels which might slow down price appreciation is a secondary. But to the extent it were to be used to pay down debt, how bad a development would that really be? Or maybe anything they'd do looks good to me through the haze of a Saturday night Jack food fest. Nobody talks about the onion rings around here. Anyone disagree that Jack's are superior? Chris
