Hello! KAA,

I was reflecting on the few thousand postings that various CVIA Thread contributors have submitted over the past 1/2 year or so!

We have had every imaginable opinion come this way! In many instances several of the contributions have been thought provoking, some have made us laugh, some have almost made me cry, some have scared the daylights out of me, and some have momentarily made me question why I invested in CVIA in the first place!

As in many of life's experiences, as I feel that we are coming near the finish line for the first phase of the CVIA Saga, a multitude of feelings and emotions are starting to encompass my being , some in bewilderment and sometimes in positive energy and enthusiasim!

I currently sense that at this stage of the CVIA scenario, that I have to decide if the batter we have sent in to pinch hit in the bottom of the ninth inning with two outs , is the right choice! After reviewing posting upon posting, since Jack Arnold volunteered to take on this solo crusade to attempt to bring value back into the CVIA Camp----I have come to my own personal opinion/ affirmation that I will stand behind and support the decision / next steps that Jack Arnold has elected to bring to us!------I have decided that I have faith in Jack's abilities that he has done everything in his abilities to bring us the CVIA Shareholders the best alternatives/ options that he could given the surrounding circumstances and on going sequence of events!

I am guessing that what he has gone through has taken a great deal of courage and personal fortitude---and for that , I will give him my seal or stamp of approval! ( Just my own opinion!)

It is also my speculation that in the coming days and weeks that my CVIA Investment and share holdings will take on a new name and several new management members and new team players!

I hope and look forward to the same type of loyalty and Corporate Identity and Family Spirit under the new Corporate Entity, as I felt with CVIA under the leadership of Jack Arnold!

If this continues to be the case? ----I will feel that my efforts as a CVIA Shareholder will have been worthwhile, and I will look forward to a bright future with our new leaders!-------

------As a final plea to Jack Arnold( as I know he follows this thread!)
and the soon to be new leaders of the former CVIA, ( JMO!)---I respectfully request that you consider the well being of the long standing loyal CVIA Shareholders that have backed and supported the CVIA efforts with blinding loyalty!---We are trusting that you have our best interests at heart!--And it is my view that in the next days and weeks to come we will clearly know the results of our unfledging faith and loyalty!

Looking forward to a bright future! ( Just my own opinion!)

And , Mr. Jack Arnold! We the CVIA Shareholders were here to help and assist you in your efforts in providing shareholder support and approval , and if you feel that further assistance /support is still warranted due to any new or previously unforeseen or unexpected new turn of events ( what ever they might be!)--it is my guess that there are still many of us that be more then prepared to listen to any adjustments or revisions in the plans --that you feel would be required or justified for the well being of the current CVIA Shareholders!

Whatever the news that we hear over the next while, in my own view, I believe that you and CVIA has developed an incredible following, and that type of loyalty in most companies takes years to develop as well as significant investment of management time and financial efforts!

You and the presumed soon to be new management have a loyal and astute following right here, right now, ready to eagerly and loyally move to the future as part of the team!------I am praying for all parties concerned that the new Management trully understand s and appreciates what a valuable asset they have in such a loyalty to begin a new profitable business!

And now! Time will tell, if the new leaders of the former CVIA can match up to the expectation level that we have always had of Mr. Jack Arnold!

Personally looking forward to exciting times ahead!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
