You are very kind to mention the response from your children. Mine have a way of seeing through silliness also. Truthfully, I like to avoid dwelling on the differences in people, since they all seem to be different from one another, and direct my attention to those things that I see that are shared. I cannot remember a time where blood was shed over something people agreed on.
