INSIDER TRADING -- Crystallex insiders unload shares

Two officers and a director of Crystallex International (KRY-T) exercised options and sold
shares of that company in February.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission's OSC Bulletin, officer Marc Oppenheimer
exercised 50,000 options at $2.13 and sold 50,000 shares at US$8.03 to hold no shares and
1,135,000 options.

Officer Luca Riccio exercised 25,000 options at $2.91 and sold 25,000 shares at $4.25-10.81 to
hold 5,000 shares and 75,000 options. Daniel Ross, director, exercised 15,000 options at $2.13
and sold 15,000 shares at $11.25-11.60 to hold no shares and 120,000 options.

In other transactions reported by the OCS in recent weeks:
* International Precious Metals (IPMC-C) -- Russell French, director, was granted 45,000 options
at $6.00-6.25, exercised 30,000 options at $1.45-2.50, and sold 3,000 shares at $16 and another
27,000 at US$8.75-13.50 to hold 75,000 options and no shares.

P.S.- He is a student of T.A.- (or C.C.) sell 10% at a high point on T.A. and 90% at a Low...point at $8.75-$13.50.
What other companies is he on the Board of it might be worth a follow. He ain't no Russel Gump. Russel Trump , Maybe!!! Why would they publish this now, the more I think about it it is just a case of DELAY reporting, actually when I first posted this info in the Summer 1997, it had happened in the Run Up of IPMCF, this is the SAME DAMN STORY..for some reason only the NM should possibly know they RE PUBLISHED THIS AGAIN..def Old News!
