I believe the 38% rate kicks in on the dollars above $10 million in Net income. This was the case with ASND (something like that anyway). Let's not worry about this so much...all we care is that it's growing...it is...and we are making money month in, month out. When ASND made $9.9 million NI in 1994 they paid about 10% -15% of NI to Uncle Sam. When TLTK makes $10 million NI over the next 3 quarters, then let's telk about it (after we talk about how much you've profitted already).
