Wayne:
KAA speaks the truth! WOTD needs to understand one of the greatest assets they have is the shareholder base. If they screw up the reverse split and its contemplated timing, it will have long lasting negative effects on the stock. Do they have a contingency plan to deal with no support for their stock? I hope they do not think they can do another IPO, sure IPO's are generally positive for those private companies with a long and prosperous history. But WODT will demonstrate more than a lack of support for current shareholders if they mis-handle the rollup, they will also tell investors they are clueless and reckless. If they handle the rollup properly they will retain the current support of the shareholders and maintaining the post split share value will require much less effort. Furthermore, the higher ratio they have to implement for the reverse split will prove more difficult in maintaining the post split value (enhanced risk). What are new investors going to do if they see a "Penny Shell" reverse split and begin to drop in value because of no support. How many investors will be putting down their money after seeing how they botched a reverse split and put the screws to their investors.
That is the reality of the situation, WODT can either handle it properly, gain the trust and respect of the current shareholders or do things the hard way. The choice will be theirs. I Emailed Mr. Arnold, I hope he can communicate this clearly to WODT, and they enlighten us as to which direction they will be choosing sooner than latter.
I wanted to fire off a letter to WODT, but Mr. Arnold is currently the proper channel at this time for any communications. Like it or not, we are the shareholders (soon to be your partners/shareholders WOTD), treat us with the respect and concern that Mr. Arnold has, our money and support will stay with you. We will be bring our friends in to invest, everyone will be happy, it will be like a cruise on the Love Boat verse being the Captain of the Titanic.
Everyone, have a great holiday weekend.
