A 10 day halt was placed around 12/12/97. It has yet to resume trading,
and there are those that say the company can do so when it desires to,
and those that disagree and that it may take some time, or may never
trade again.

The SEC cautioned the public about information provided by the company
and questioned the assets.

Some believe the action was appropriate based on the corporate releases,
and others think it is part of an illegal naked short conspiracy.

It would appear that shareholders should be concerned based on the
current situation, financial condition of the company, and being
dependent upon a reluctant anonymous Taiwanese investor/lender who has
not deposited the funds the last time I checked, yet Pugs says I am wrong,
therefore the money must now be here. If that is the case, will RMCW
follow through with RMIL which has many liabilities?

That is another point of disagreement.

Looking for announcement regarding the $10,000,000 that Pugs alludes
is now here.
