Joe:

I have heard that there will be some financing when the stock gets to
$2 to $2.50 per share. Once this company begins producing Uranium,
possibly as soon as mid 1997, we ought to have a stock at multiples
of where it is now. You only have to look at what Cameco, and U.S.
Energy have done, in terms of stock performance. I expect to see
Strathmore between $2-$3 a share by year-end.
