Dear JDN Sure looks like it to me too. It is another risk factor in the equation, but if they gain revenues from the acquisitions (if they happen), it may not be that dilutive. Also, they may restrict sales in any agreements that they enter. At this point, probably only Lamont Cranston knows. I guess that's what makes investing interesting. :-) JDP
