I agree that the release could've been juicier with more specifics. On the other hand you never know when a junior is intentionally vague because they've got something really big and are trying to keep the excitement from happening too early for their liking.

This seems to be a common piece of wisdom passed along by newsletter writers following small-caps. That is, the insiders and all their friends would get a chance to load up on cheap (like 16 cents for PQL) stock from impatient followers who may have taken the lack of excitement around the latest release as a signal to get out...i.e. those like me who may have bought recently at $ 0.22.

Then, they are well stocked for when the explosive news comes out.

Just a thought...my intuition tells me this thing is happening and within 6-8 weeks - max. It also lines up with the "buy when there is blood in the streets" and sell "when everyone and their brother/mother are scrambling for more".
