GDS740
Finally someone read my thread--thanks.

The information i have to justify 30/sh in 12 months:
1. I have had conference calls with Bud Mayo and I sense a man
of integrity (which is #1 for any investment I make).
2. Bud Mayo's analysis of his understanding of the business
in that each screen they purchase will yeild on the average
of 20 to 25% return on their investments.

3 CLV expansion progrom is careful but VERY agressive, as if you
look at the past announcements they are constantly adding to
revenues by purchasing new screens and will proably have at
least 200 screens by the end of the year.
4 The float in the stock is very thin. There only a little over
1mil with probably about 500000 shares trading. Also, Bud is
'protective' of the shareholder as far as dilution. His
background is the brockerage type business.

5 If in fact someone does a financing such as a Leheman Bros
and become CLV investment banker, this stock is definitely
headed higher (IMO). As i would believe they would put out
a buy recommendation on the stock soon after.IMO.
6 I think Bud Mayo understands very well the stock needs to
get higher and he needs to spit to make shares available
for the funds to able to acquire it and make it more liquid.

7 Based on other move companies (small) such as Regal, the
EBADAI (see the Brean Murray Report) the stock a 17/sh is
undervalued. And as they add more screens, the stock will
be more and more undervalued, something has to give.

8 The volume of the stock is starting to pick up and according
IBD the last time I checked, CLV had about an 80 relative strenth and just become an "A" accumulation.
9 No one really knows about this company yet

Anyway, I think i am very fortunate to have stumbled on this
stock. What are your comments and again thanks for answering
my thread as i got tired of talking to myself. "James are you
listening???"(private matter)
thanks richard
