If we read the SEC note again it tells us that SOE would trade Pink Sheets! >>"Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C." No quotation is being given right now is it? We are not trading on the quotation, we are trading without a Bid/Ask. My understand is, no additional suspension was applied and the prior suspension terminated at 11:59pm on the 21st. Therefore, trading may continue but DON'T enter a quotation unless you have complied with the strict provisions of the rule. Looks like no one wants to take the risk of trading on the quotation and we have Pink Sheets - Trade at your own risk! Aloha
