Multimedia production!

We Toast CD's like water! They are fantastic for distributing files, audio, video, graphics, etc. We don't even mess with multisession. I handle mostly Pro-Tools audio, and some Avid editing- all to fixed hard drives. The graphics and HTML guys have been fed up with their Jaz drives for some time, and rarely if ever use them anymore. In fact, our HTML guy bought a SyJet because he was so sick of the unreliability of his Jaz. He had trouble installing the SyJet, was displeased by SyQuest's customer service, returned the SyJet, and has since bought an extra 9 Gig hard drive. Now he doesn't use Jaz or SyJet. All of the files are burned onto CD-R for distribution, archive, or one-off. Our Macs are all ethernet, so internal file distribution is pretty easy.
