Mr Consumer

During the last conference call Margo Kahn's questions pointed out the fact that new orders for the Wand had dropped precipitously during the last six weeks of Q1.

There is also evidence of increasing returns by dentists who are dissatisfied with the Wand. I am trying to determine what percentage of units may have been paid for by the dentists, how the company would account for the returns, and whether the decreasing sales and increasing returns would impact Q1 or Q2 the most. If you have an opinion on this I would appreciate hearing it.

If volume is any indication it looks like institutional investors are bailing out along with the CFO.
